Process, rituals and habits! Have a daily ritual that you don’t miss, no matter what. I recently started meditating, journaling and doing some physical activity in the mornings. They have helped me get through the good and the bad days.

I have realized that our minds yearn of familiarity when it is scared or anxious. Routines help ease our mind. It works as our North Star — no matter how cloudy or clear the sky is, it helps us set the direction. And once you do form that habit, protect it at all cost. That’s your time, that’s your sacrosanct space. Believe me, you will start seeing the rewards soon.
